(Gym is in the back of the school off 36th)
Registration 9:15 AM
* All players must register below
1st half of tryouts 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
45 Minute Break
2nd half of tryouts 12:45 PM - 2:30 PM 
* (parents are welcome to observe)
* U12 tryouts may finish at Noon
* U14 tryouts may finish early

U12 & U14 Callbacks/Tryouts

NOTE:  Teams are formed on Sunday and you may not make a team if you are not at Sunday's tryout!

Pre Registration & Tryout Instructions:
(Read all the instructions before proceeding)

I. All Players must register on line with PDX)))VB

  • PDX)))VB Player Registration (click link and register)

  • Players must register prior to tryouts.

  • Print and bring page one of the confirmation email 

II. All player trying out must register with CEVA, prior to tryouts

  • The CEVA registration requires your parents to input a driver license number (as electronic signature).

  • New Member registration CEVA - New Members

    • Register as a "Regular Junior - Girls (or Boys - if you are a boy) $45.00 (boys $25.00)"

    • No Money is required to register the $45.00 (or $25.00) is paid by PDX)))VB once you are placed on a team

  • Update last years registration CEVA - Renewing Junior

  • If you are having trouble re-registering from last year call CEVA Office (503) 644-7468

  • You will be asked to fill out a Medical Release form

  • Bring a copy of the following to tryouts:

III.  All players bring signed Team Agreement

  • At tryouts we require each player to bring the "Team Agreement" signed by parent & player.

  • We need to collect this form prior to tryouts to be sure that players and parents understand the program.

  • If a player need to set up a payment plan contact David@PDX-VB.com prior to tryouts.

  • If a player wants to apply for a scholarship visit our "Player Scholarship & Sponsorship Program" page

PRINT AND BRING THE FOLLOWING TO TRYOUTS:

  • Copy of the PDX)))VB email confirmation

  • Page "1" of the CEVA 2011-2012 registration                        

  • Completed USA Volleyball Medical Release Form                                 

  • $20.00 Tryout Fee (Cash or Check to PDX)))VB)

  • Team Agreement Signed by Parent or Guardian and Player
