U12 - U14 Parent Player Meeting 
Sunday, November 4th, 2007 - 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM

Tryout Instructions:

1) All Players must register on line with PDX)))VB
Player Registration

2) All player trying out must register with CEVA, prior to tryouts
READ INSTRUCTION BEFORE YOU FILL OUT REGISTRATION PAGE – NO MONEY IS REQUIRED  
CEVA Registration - if you are having trouble re-registering from last year call Tiffany Elioff at CEVA (503) 644-7468

3)  Bring:
     * a copy of your CEVA registration
     * a copy of the medical release form (filled out)
     * the tryout fee of  $10.00 cash or check (to PDX-VB)

4) Arrive 30 - minutes early to register and be ready to play volleyball

U12 Tryouts (Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995)  
Open Tryouts - Nov 4^th 1:00pm - 3:00pm @ Grant High School Main Gym
Invitational Tryouts - Nov 5^th 6:00pm - 7:30pm @ St Andrews

U14 Tryouts (Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993)
Open Tryouts - Nov 4th 1:00pm -3:00pm @ Grant High School Main Gym
Invitational Tryouts - Nov 5^th 6:00pm - 7:30pm @ St Andrews
